We held our annual McMillian Coffee Morning 2019 and we managed to raise a staggering £550 in just under two hours. Thanks go to all those, and you know who they are for the incredible donations, working hard on the day as this was the main reason we did so well. At this event we also opened our new water feature which is dedicated to Mr Davenport.
For the London 2012 Olympics, Congleton wanted to create a logo for the town. A competition ran to design the logo and this was won by Marlfields. It is still used by the Town Council to promote community events.
We won the ‘School Bake Off’ competition held by Grain Chain and we met Paul Hollywood, who we baked with.
